In an underserved Maya community in Guatemala called El Hato, a small but determined group is working to unlock the potential of children through education.
Asociación Juntos Podemos (Together We Can) believes that every child deserves a chance to succeed in school and in life. Yet for many children in Guatemala, access to quality education remains limited due to socioeconomic barriers and cultural marginalization. Asociación Juntos Podemos is changing that.

Literacy programs, after school tutoring, a computer literacy lab and creative activities foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and academic confidence. By building critical thinking skills, reading comprehension, and academic confidence, students are empowered to succeed in school and beyond.
